Data Deletion

1. Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete any personal data that CallWise has collected through your Facebook account or Meta Lead Ads, you can request deletion by emailing us at privacy@callwise.awesomeworks.ai.
Please include your Facebook User ID or the email address associated with your leads so we can locate and remove the relevant data.
2. Disconnect Your Facebook Account
You can disconnect your Facebook account from CallWise at any time by going to Settings → Integrations in your CallWise dashboard and clicking "Disconnect" next to the Meta / Facebook integration. This will stop any future lead data from being received.
3. What Data We Delete
When we process a data deletion request, we will:
- Remove or anonymize all lead records received through Meta Lead Ads linked to your account.
- Deactivate any Facebook Page connections you set up.
- Remove your stored Facebook access tokens.
- Clear any Meta-specific identifiers from our systems.
4. Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
5. Automated Deletion
If you remove CallWise from your Facebook account settings, Meta will automatically notify us through our data deletion callback. Your data will be processed and anonymized automatically — no additional action is needed on your part.
